Personal Training & Group Sessions

Whether you are needing to lose weight, just get active, gain muscle or train for an event, Studio 9 Personal Training and Boot Camp can asssit you in your goals.

 

There is no such thing as boring exercise at Studio 9. Be surrounded by great people in our group training evnvironment and enjoy your time working out.

 

We offer a variety of sessions which range from Weight training, Circuits, Punchfit (boxing), Metafit, Outdoor Boot Camps, Yogafit & Kids Boot Camp.

 

Whether you are starting out or looking for a new challenge Studio 9 is your answer. 

Personal Training

 

Studio 9 offers one on one personal training sessions. Duration of the session is one hour, in which you will have the sole attention of your trainer. You will receive personalised programming specific to your individual needs. Personal training sessions are ideal for people new to exercise, people who prefer to workout alone, people with very specific needs/goals. One on one personal training can correct technique immediately, monitor progress and continue to provide constant programming as required.

 

Personal Training session are available by Appointment (limited places)

$30 - 30 mins or $45 - 45 minutes

Group Sessions

 

Group Sessions Studio 9 offers a number of one hour group training sessions a week, both indoors and outdoors.

 

Group sessions are great for people who love working out with others, enjoy teamwork, thrive on encouragement from others (not just your trainer) and enjoy a variety of exercises from boxing, strength, kettlebells and body weight. Group sessions are a great way to meet new people and just have some fun while reaping the rewards of exercise.

About your Trainer - Amanda Dawson

 

Having completed her studies, Amanda has obtained her Certificate III in Fitness (Group Exercise & Gym Instruction) & Certificate IV in Fitness (Elite Personal Trainer).  Amanda has recently completed her certification to become a Level 1 Metabolic Precision Nutritionist and is currently studying Level 2.  Amanda has certification as a Yogafit instructor, Punchfit Instructor and Metafit coach.  

 

Amanda has always been heavily involved in sport from and early age, enjoying success in Netball, Touch Football, Cross Country Running & Triathlon. Finally having the opportunity to change career paths, Amanda is now fulfilling her goal as a Fitness Professional.

Amanda recently took up Body Sculpting and had many successes in her first year of competition.  She's thankful for the support of her family, friends, and her clients to get her to where she is.

She's looking forward to taking to the stage again in 2019.

 

Amanda enjoys helping her clients achieve their weight loss and fitness goals and loves seeing her clients hard work and dedication pay off! There’s nothing more satisfying as a Trainer than hearing your clients say they love coming to work out! As the saying goes “the hardest thing about exercise is to start, then once you begin the hardest thing is to stop!
